I forgot my password. How can I get it back?

The mechanism that allows you to recover your forgotten password can be found on the Login page, below the password entered field, called “Forgot password?”.

You can also change your password at any time on your Profile page in the “Change Password” tab.

When I try to access the site, the message “Access failed” appears.

Make sure you are accessing the correct address: www.oneworldclub.com (make sure there are no missing characters or that you are not accessing another website with different terminologies such as .it, .net, etc. .);

Make sure your computer’s time and date are correct (these must be correct as they are used by our server as authentication);

Make sure you have accepted our Privacy Policy since you will need your consent to navigate the site correctly.

I made a purchase but I still have no points available.

Updating the points is not automatic so we ask that you regularly check your Profile page to make sure the points are already available.

Whenever your points are updated, you will receive an email telling you the number of points you already have available.

Why did I stop receiving the club emails?

Due to the handling of certain email servers, on some occasions, valid messages are treated as junk mail (junk email or spam). If you stop receiving the club’s emails, we advise you to check them in your junk mail folder and add the club to your safe senders list so you can receive them again.
